Mission

I join with clients, helping them on their journey through the challenges they face, to come to a version of themselves they feel inspired by. I use the therapeutic relationship, counselling strategies and techniques, and educational material to help clients develop their self-knowledge, relationship skills, and strategies to deal with life’s challenges.
