Free From Insecurities is an online, self-guided course designed to help you understand, heal and move beyond the insecurities that are holding you back from the healthy, happy and loving relationships that you deeply desire.

About the course…

This course is for you to finally move beyond the aspects of relating that cause pain to your beautiful heart and your loved ones. The jealousy, pushing away, confusion, fear of being left behind, overwhelm, repeated heartbreak and failed relationships. This course is for you, if you are ready to find ways of relating that create trust, safety, freedom, self-expression and deep connection.

Understanding why you are the way you are and giving compassion to yourself.

Hey! I’m passionate about the positive impact this work has on individuals, families, communities and beyond. I like to imagine a world full of people with full and open hearts, skilled in relating and living to their fullest potential because they’re not held back, and they’re not perpetuating the wounding they’ve experienced. Most of the clients that come to work with me bring the same kind of issues that have brought you here, and nothing is more satisfying for me than helping you transform old ways and patterns into a strong and confident sense-of-self that has healthy, fulfilling and loving relationships.
