Welcome back to
Coming Home to Yourself
Module 2- Reclaiming Your Centre
In this module, we gently explore who we are becoming as we move through transition.
Often, after change or loss, we find ourselves holding onto old identities, old versions of ourselves, out of habit or survival. This is your invitation to soften your grip- to notice what no longer feels true- to begin anchoring into the version of you that is quietly emerging.
There is no rush. No need to force clarity. You are allowed to be a work in progress.
Let’s begin by breathing into the centre of your being- and listening for the quiet truths waiting there.

Mantras:
You might like to carry one of these gentle reminders with you after journaling:
“I release what no longer fits. I welcome what is becoming.”
“I trust the unfolding of my life, even when I cannot yet see the whole path.”
'“I honour the old and make space for the new within me.”
As you explore who you are becoming, you might like to listen to music that feels grounding, expansive or reflective. I invite you to either create a new playlist or add to your module 1 playlist, with songs that support you in softening your grip on the old and welcoming what is emerging.
Here is a selection as an example:
Fanaa by The Spy From Cairo
Shallow Water by Yehezkel Raz, Sivan Talmor
Centre by Alysha Brilla, Sridaya Srivatsan
Oné-Onti by Eadsé
Transitions are a sacred and tender place- the space between who you were and who you are becoming.
It takes courage to loosen your grip on the familiar, and I want to honour your courage and the space you’ve created to listen for the quiet truths rising within you.
Reclaiming your centre is not about forcing clarity- it’s about trusting the small, steady voice of your becoming.
As you move through this in-between space, remember:
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to change.
You are allowed to come home to the truth of who you are now.
Thank you for being here. I’ll meet you in Module 3.
