Welcome to

Coming Home to Yourself

… and welcome home dear one

This space is for you. A gentle, grounding place to pause and reconnect- especially if you’ve been feeling stretched, untethered, or in-between chapters.

You don’t need to show up as any version of yourself, just the one that’s here now. No pressure. No performance. Just be here and let this course do it’s thing.

In this first module, we’re simply landing. We’ll explore what it means to pause- to feel your body, notice your emotions, and let go of the need to figure anything out. It might’ve been a while since you felt this, it’s ok, you can be excited about coming back to this feeling.

Also, there’s no rush or time limit on this course, you can take your sweet time here and just breathe, just be.

Playlist Suggestion

Music has a powerful impact on our mood and state. This is an invitation to create a new playlist on your phone that we’ll add songs to with each progression through this course. Create and name a new playlist and for today, choose 3 or more songs that bring you home, encourage you to let emotions out, and sooth you. These will be your anthems for the coming days.

Here are my choices as an example:

  • A Song For Your Heart by Gwairoch

  • O, I Love You by Essie Jain

  • The Southern Sea by Garth Stevenson

  • Hymn of Healing by Sophia Tuv, Natan Rabin

You’ve just done something deeply meaningful for your wellbeing.

You’ve taken time to pause. To feel. To land.

In a world that often asks you to rush, fix or prove… you chose to simply be.

That is no small thing. That is powerful.

You probably don’t have all the answers yet. You may still feel raw, uncertain, or full of emotion.

That’s okay dear one.

Growth, healing, adjusting are not linear. They are a journey of remembering. A slow returning to what’s always been within you.

As you move through the rest of your day - or into rest- may you carry this softness with you. May you remember that it’s safe to feel. It’s safe to slow down. It’s safe to come home to yourself. And you are already on your way.

Thank you for being here. I’ll meet you in Module 2.
